Also check the map. Next to Innsbruck there is a small junction thingie on the highway.. that was my last 0,01%. You can see my truck on this picture exactly on that spot. Good luck man. :)

You have to go every town to all the Recruitment agencies. Not just pass it but get inside the parking area to discover it. Could be 1 of them... Check the whole map for junctions. It takes time unfortunately but you're getting there man. Keep it up. :)
