S0234. Buddy - It was less financially risky to buy milk externally than to build the infrastructure to increase the herd. For this they needed a cistern truck to collect milk from other farms, both local and abroad. A truck capable of travelling on poor, often muddy roads and even in fields, as a water truck.
Britt wanted advice. It gave me something to do. I researched and used my professional contacts as a trucker. I found a used truck that was affordable and would meet the farm's needs.
