J328: Short-term trailer rentals are a possibility, but Hal didn’t want to run the risk that the moment he needs a speciality trailer that it is unavailable. That might make it impossible to take some contracts. So the solution was to buy his own trailer. The Deloupe was one of the largest available, with dolly, flop-up bogies and extendable sides for added stability with wider loads.
