Yes, had to use the teleport trick to get to all those pesky Texan bits (mostly picnic stops by the roadside), but 100% again.

It'd be great to finally drive the DLC officialy, when all of the crashed planes and temporary scenery is finished, and someone tows away that wheel-less ghost Special Cargo truck sat to see if it would fit under a low bridge...
